To use uniRow Web Conferencing and Webinars, register on www.unirow.com and click on "Start Meeting". Select conference mode as meeting or webinar to host an appropriate conference.

You can either start a meeting instantly by clicking the "Start Meeting" button, or by scheduling one in advance.

The following Operating Systems are supported:
Microsoft Windows: XP, Vista, Windows 7
Mac OS: Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion
Linux: Ubuntu

Internet Explorer(IE 8+ recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari are supported. For best experience please upgrade your browser to the latest version. Also upgrade your Adobe Flash Plugin to the latest version.

For uniRow to work, we need access to certain port numbers (81, 443, 1935). These are standard ports for media streaming and secure browsing. In some cases, the network administrator might block these ports. This prevents us from starting a uniRow meeting or event; in which case, we show the message - " Your network did not allow us to connect".

Schedule a Meeting

You can schedule a meeting by clicking on the "Schedule Meeting" button on the homepage after you login to your uniRow account. When scheduling a meeting or event, you can:
1. Invite attendees
2. Make the meeting private or public
3. Choose to make it a webinar or event broadcast
4. Add a repeat rule for your calendar event

Yes, every invitee you add will receive a calendar invite. This ensures they are alerted about the meeting or event at the right time.

Whenever you start a meeting, we check if there is another meeting scheduled within next 30 minutes. You can simply choose to start the scheduled meeting early. This helps you to plan out for your meeting. Attendees can only join at the time the meeting is scheduled to start.

You don't have to worry about setting different passcodes every time. All private meetings have a randomly generated passcode. The passcode is attached with the invitation URL and you don't have to set the passcode explicitly.

Group Video Calling

A Group Video Call (or a uniRow Meeting) is the easiest way to have a quick online meeting using the power of video conferencing. When selecting or scheduling a uniRow meeting just select the mode as meeting. When you start a uniRow meeting, the first six people (two in case of non-premium users) who join the meeting can automatically speak and share their camera.

For free users, upto 8 people can join a video call. For smart and premium users, upto 25 people can join the call. You can upgrade the capacity of your call using our capacity upgrade add-on. For more details see our plans & pricing.

No, you do not need any special hardware. A personal computer (running Mac, Windows or Linux) with a reliable internet connection, a microphone and a webcam (or external camera) is all you need. For best experience we recommend that you use a USB Microphone and headsets to avoid echo.

An echo during a call is caused when your microphone picks up the audio coming out of your speakers or headset.
Although uniRow supports Echo Cancellation, the following situations can cause echo.
1. Use of internal/system microphones on laptop computers and not using headsets.
2. Use of a headset that has an integrated microphone.

For best experience, we recommend using a 1Mbps broadband or 3G connection. However, for video calls upto 3 people, a 512Kbps internet connection is sufficient.
uniRow comes with dynamic bandwidth balancing which ensures your video will be automatically optimized for smooth conferencing experience.

Document Sharing & Vault

You can share a document or image in a meeting or webinar. Content can be shared by uploading it into your document vault and clicking on the share option.

You can upload documents and images and share them with the attendees.

Yes, any attendee in a meeting or webinar can be made the presenter. When an attendee is given presenter rights, the attendee can upload and share any document.

We convert your document into a format that can be easily shared and displayed within the web browser. Some proprietary powerpoint graphics and fonts that cannot be understood by our converter might appear distorted. However, this happens only when you use a particular graphic that is not naturally available in Powerpoint or MS Word.

There is no limit on the number of documents you can store online so far the storage space is available. More details on the storage space limits and upgrades are available in our plans & pricing section.

Your uniRow membership never expires. Once your premium membership expires, you will downgraded to the free version. When this happens, you storage limits will be reduced. Your most recent documents will be retained and other deleted to keep your storage within the new limits. You can download your older documents or delete them on your own to maintain your storage limits.

Google Chrome might issue a warning when you try to download this file, but you can safely ignore and save the file.

Desktop sharing is a process by which meeting attendees can see your desktop live. Whatever applications you open on your desktop and the associated activity you do, will be broadcasted live. Since, you are already viewing your desktop, we do not relay back your desktop to you.

You can use desktop sharing for several cases, including:
